This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights. A 14-day withdrawal period applies unless a valid separate early-performance waiver is obtained.

An incomplete or cancelled Stripe Checkout does not create a charge. Send an unambiguous withdrawal notice within 14 days of contract formation to info@momentrio.com, including the account email and Stripe reference where possible.
Refund method
A valid withdrawal is refunded within 14 days of receipt to the original payment method without added fees. Bank posting time is outside Momentrio's control. Mandatory remedies for a defective service remain available.
After a full refund
Capacity added by the refunded purchase may be removed. If stored content is affected, the user receives clear information and a reasonable opportunity to download it.
