We may process account and contact details; event names, dates, and settings; uploaded photos, videos, audio, notes, and optional guest names; order and payment status; support messages; and IP, device, browser, access, error, and security logs. Momentrio does not store full card numbers; Stripe processes card details.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process data to form and perform the service contract, operate events and galleries, enable uploads and downloads, verify payments, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Non-essential advertising and analytics operates only after consent.
Galleries and permissions
Galleries use random, hard-to-guess links, but anyone with the link may view content. Event owners control link sharing. Uploaders must hold the rights and permissions needed for people, including children, shown or heard in content.
Providers and international transfers
We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage, and authentication; MongoDB for databases; Stripe for payments; Resend for transactional email; Meta for consented conversion measurement; and support-chat providers when enabled. Data may be processed in the UK, EEA, and other provider locations. International transfers follow applicable data protection law and appropriate safeguards available under provider agreements.
Retention and rights
Paid-event uploads run for 30 days from the bound event date and media is stored for 365 days. Transaction, security, tax, and dispute records may be retained for mandatory periods. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and consent withdrawal.
