When you create an account, we collect basic details such as your email address, login information, and event settings. Guests may upload photos, videos, written messages, or voice messages. Guest names may be optional.
Privacy
Your memories are not an ad product.
Momentrio exists to collect event memories. We do not sell uploaded photos, videos, notes, or voice messages to third parties. Galleries use random, hard-to-guess share URLs; anyone with the link may be able to view the content.

Event galleries are shared through randomly generated URLs that are difficult to guess. These links are not designed for search engine discovery, but anyone who has the link can technically view the gallery. Be careful with whom you share it.
We do not sell photos
We do not sell uploaded media to data brokers, ad networks, or third-party marketing companies. We process content only to provide the service, display the gallery, enable downloads, support users, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Analytics and cookie choice
Necessary technology is used to operate the service securely and remember your preference. We enable marketing analytics such as Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API only after you explicitly allow analytics. You can choose Necessary only and change your choice later through Cookie settings.
Storage and deletion
Uploads may be stored for a period based on your package. Event owners can download the gallery or request deletion. We remove deleted content from active systems within a reasonable time; complete removal from backups may follow normal technical cycles.
Security
We store files on cloud infrastructure, use SSL/TLS for communications, and limit access through hard-to-guess links. Still, no internet-shared link can provide an absolute privacy guarantee.
