Service scope and responsibilities.
These terms govern accounts, events, QR/link sharing, guest uploads, and paid capacity. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Momentrio has one paid package. Each one-time 999 TL purchase adds 1,000 total media uploads account-wide, with no event-creation limit. The 30-day upload window starts on the bound event date and media is stored for 365 days. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Accounts, links, and content
Users protect account details and control gallery-link sharing. A hard-to-guess link is not password protection. Uploaders must hold all necessary content permissions. Illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content may be removed and access may be limited.
Payment and availability
The total price is shown before one-time payment through Stripe. Maintenance, security, or third-party infrastructure may cause temporary interruptions. Purchased core package rights will not be reduced retroactively.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer protections in the consumer's country of residence. Contact info@momentrio.com before escalating a dispute.
