The contract covers a one-time 999 TL digital service adding 1,000 account-wide media uploads with no event-creation limit. Uploads run for 30 days from the bound event date and media is stored for 365 days. Capacity is provisioned after successful payment verification.
The buyer may send an unambiguous withdrawal notice within 14 days to info@momentrio.com. Momentrio does not rely on a digital-service exception without a separate immediate-performance request and acknowledgement of losing the right. Valid refunds are returned to the original method within 14 days.
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice. Order, payment, and communication records may be retained for contract and legal claims. English and Welsh law applies without removing mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's country of residence.
